The Continuing Education Center (CEC) of UPLB, established in 1975, was designed and built by the renowned National Artist for Architecture, Leandro V. Locsin. On November 24, 2011, during the 1275^th Board of Regents Meeting, CEC was officially renamed as the Obdulia F. Sison Hall (OFSH) and is currently managed by the UPLB Housing Office.

For more than four decades, the OFSH has continually served local and international clients needing venues for trainings, conferences, and accommodation.
