OVCCA’s 2021 Natatanging Kawani are UPLB’s 2022 Outstanding Personnel

In an awarding ceremony held at Baker Hall on March 4 in celebration of UPLB’s 113th founding anniversary, 3 of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affair’s staff were recognized for their selfless provision of frontline service to UPLB constituents amid pandemic.

Dr. Randolph Trinidad, recipient of the Outstanding Administrative Personnel Award (professional personnel category), has been the University Health Service’s (UHS) medical doctor for almost 12 years. Currently, he serves as the Chief of Clinics and Chair of the Diabetes and Wellness Clinic.

UHS’ Chief Nurse, Mr. Eugene Valencia, earned the Outstanding Office Supervisor Award for his excellence in public health service and leadership among UHS nurses.

Ms. Tricia Irynn Tamisin, on the other hand, received the Outstanding Administrative Personnel Award (office personnel category) for her exemplary work as head of the UHS Medical Records Section and as HIV counselor.
